Your retailer will then send your engagement ring to us so that we can design three options from which you may choose. The designs and your engagement ring will be returned to your retailer within three working days. Once you have reached your decision you must inform your retailer who will request your chosen design to be made in the metal of your choice.<br /><br />We will inform your retailer close to the completion date to request that your engagement ring be returned to us for a second time so that we can complete the final fitting of your two rings and ensure a perfect fit.
